Vegetable Gardening Program @ the Medora and Crothersville Libraries

Richard Beckort will discuss tips and tricks to plant a successful vegetable garden at 3 pm on Tuesday, May 5, at the Medora Library, and at 6 pm on Thursday, May 7, at the Crothersville Library. The free Jackson County Public Library program is open to all ages. A minimum of five attendees is needed. Registration is preferred by May 2, by going to http://myjclibrary.org/events or by calling the Medora Library at 812-966-2278 or the Crothersville Library at 812-793-2927.

Richard Beckort is the County Extension Director and Extension Educator for Natural and Agricultural Resources at the Purdue University Extension Office.

 

Family Movie Matinee

Saturdays, 2-4 pm

May 9 & July 11

Please join us at the Crothersville Library for a family movie matinee. Refreshments will be served. Call the Crothersville Library at 793-2927 to request the title of the movie playing. Registration is preferred.

 

Angry Birds Party

Tuesday, May 19, 3:30-5 pm

Open to grades K-6. Join us for a party celebrating that great video game, Angry Birds. Come and enjoy fun, games, crafts, and refreshments. There is a limit of 15. Registration preferred by May 16.
