Youth Services Program Assistant (Two positions)
The Library is seeking two dynamic and creative part-timeYouth Services Program Assistants for the Seymour Library. Requirements include a high school diploma, basiccomputer skills, and experience in working with children and in conductingorganized craft programs.
Duties for the 16 or 20-hour/week positions includeconducting children and young adult craft programs, assisting with bulletinboards and displays, and assisting at the Kidz Korner help desk.
Hours may be Mondays 1-5 pm; Tuesdays 1 to 5 pm or4:30 to 8:30 pm; Wednesdays 9 am to 1 pm or 4:30 to 8:30 pm; Thursdays 1 to 5pm or 4:30 to 8:30 pm, every other Saturday 8:30 am to 5 pm and oneSunday/month 1 to 5 pm.
Salary: $8.30/hour. Benefits include paid vacation, personal and sick days.
