We are taking applications for an immediate permanent part-time library assistant at the Check Out Desks.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma and technology skills. Prior customer service experience a plus!
Possible scheduled hours for an average of 28 hours per week:
• Monday 1 to 7 pm (6 hours)
• Tuesday 11:30 am to 6 pm (Medora – 6.5 hours)
• Thursday 10 am to 7 pm (8 hours)
• Friday 10 am to 6 pm (7.5 hours)
• Every other Saturday 9 am to 1:30 pm (4.5 hours)
Responsibilities: assisting customers, computer data entry, opening and closing duties, and various clerical assignments at the Seymour, Crothersville, and Medora libraries.
Salary: $15.50/hour.
Benefits: Immediate paid holidays if scheduled. Pro-rated vacation, personal, and sick days after six months.
