INFORMATION SERVICES CLERK
Permanent part-time

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma
Good technology, customer service, organizational, and clerical skills and driver’s license required
Proficient in MS Word & Excel
Experience working with young adults and gaming systems and/or leading crafts preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform departmental clerical assignments including shelving materials and assisting customers with technology.
Assist with basic reference service to adult and teen customers, reference procedures, and program support.

Schedule averaging up to 28 hours/week includes daytime, evening, and Saturday hours:

Week 1:
Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 1 to 7 pm
Thursday 1:30 to 7 pm
Saturday 9 am to 1:30 pm

Week 2:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday 2 to 7 pm
Friday 9 am to 6 pm

SALARY: $15.50/hour.

YOUTH SERVICES PROGRAM SPECIALIST
Permanent part-time

QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma
Good technology, customer service, organizational, and clerical skills and driver’s license required
Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Drive
Experience with and a love for children
Driver’s license with a good driving record

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning and conducting children’s programs, shelving children’s materials, and assisting at the Kids Room help desk.

Schedule averaging 28 hours/week includes daytime, evening, and Saturday hours:
Week One:
Tuesday 10 am to 7 pm
Wednesday 9 am to 2:30 pm
Thursday 11 am to 7 pm
Friday 9:30 am to 6 pm

Week Two:
Tuesday 10 am to 7 pm
Wednesday 9 am to 5:30 pm
Thursday 10 am to 7 pm
Saturday 9 am to 1:30 pm
SALARY: $17/hour.

Paid holidays if scheduled. Pro-rated sick, vacation, and personal days after six months.
