The Jackson County Public Library is taking applications for a permanent part-time janitor at the Seymour Library working a total of 20 hours each week:
Monday-Thursday 6:30-10:30 am
Alternating Friday 6:30-10:30 am & Saturday 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Minimum requirements include high school diploma or GED, general cleaning skills, ability to work independently without supervision, and ability to perform occasional physically strenuous work, such as furniture moving and lifting.
Duties include general cleaning skills, inventorying cleaning and paper supplies, and documentation.
Benefits include immediate holidays and paid sick leave, one-week vacation & one personal day after six months.
