Are you interested in Seymour’s history? In conjunction with the Seymour Museum, Inc., we are offering 3 local history tours this summer.
On Monday, June 20, local businessman Kevin Greene will lead a tour downtown focusing on the Founding of Seymour. Greene will also lead a tour on Monday, July 18, featuring Prominent Businesses. Both tours will begin at the Seymour Museum, 202 N. Chestnut St., at 6 pm.
On Saturday, June 25, former county historian and current county genealogist Charlotte Sellers will focus on Riverview Cemetery, Section C, 1603 Shields Ave. This tour will begin at 10 am.
